Job title: Psychosocial Coordinator
The Psychosocial coordinator’s primary is to take responsibility of overall leadership, management and administration of the psychosocial programme with specific attention to special programme needs (education and assistance).
The management, coordination and administration of the psychosocial programme in JRS Kibondo project includes identification of vulnerable population, support groups, individual peer support by refugee peer counsellors, organising sport/recreational activities for youth among others and conducting awareness campaigns.

Job title: Driver
Under the supervision of the office logistician, the driver is responsible for his vehicle. He monitors and maintains it (tyre pressure, oil levels, windscreen washer, etc.) and cleans it, both inside and out. Everything must be clean and operational at all times.
Key Responsibilities: JRS latest vacancies
- Respecting the organization’s road safety, people and goods transport standards;
- Ensure the protection of passengers and the integrity of goods transported. Respect the defined transport routes and delivery times;
- Ensure that all deliveries have been signed for and delivered to the correct recipient;

- Plan and follow up on the maintenance of necessary goods (vehicle, generators, fuel supply and others);

Job title: Reconciliation Coordinator
The main responsibility of the reconciliation coordinator is to manage, coordinate and administer the psychosocial and reconciliation program of the JRS Kasulu project.
That includes the identification of the vulnerable population, support groups, individual support by refugee counselors, conducting awareness compains and orgnanising sports/recreational activities for young people.
Particular attention is to be put on building the capacity of staff, refugees and the host community to work towards sustainable reintegration based on constructive, just and peaceful relationships.
A focus will be put in having a reconciliation approach to the work JRS is carrying out with children with disabilities so the society will be more ready to integrate them.
Job title: Education Coordinator
The Education Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to Support the implementation of JRS education activities in Kibondo –Kigoma, Tanzania in order to guarantee the quality of formal and informal education services provided to refugees. In this region, JRS carries out pre-primary education, temporary learning, teacher trainings and language and IT courses.
The position requires good communication skills, leadership, and the capacity to work with a team. Analytical thinking and the capacity to research innovative intervention methods, as well as creativity and flexibility are also expected.
