JOB SUMMARY NA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1.  Installation and administering the technical issues of Epicor, Isidore or Planrep;
  2. Analyzing the system performance and documenting the infrastructure System health;
  3. Writing and Documentation the problems and resolution for future references;
  4. Design physical database and recommend optimizations of existing databases;
  5. Running training sessions and workshops on system processes;
  6. Promotes security and data loss prevention strategies;
  7. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization;
  8. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes;
  9. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues;
  10. Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures;
  11. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions;
  12.  Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards;
  13.  Write and deploy SQL patches;
  14.  Upgrade and improve application schema and data upgrades;
  15.  Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas;
  16.  Responding in a timely manner to user-reported errors;
  17.  Protecting the database against threats or unauthorized access;
  18. Maintain Daily timesheet updates;
  19. Ability to adhere to and meet Service Level Agreement goals

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE : NAFASI ZA KAZI WIZARA YA FEDHA 2021

Bachelor’s degree or Advanced diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related information technology field.
Possession of the following will be an added advantage.

  • relevant Professional Qualification i.e Microsoft SQL server certification,
  • background experience in dealing with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software specifically Epicor, Isidore or Planrep,
  • Skills and experience in installation, administration and troubleshooting Epicor, Isidore or Planrep,
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases
  • Knowledge and experience in reporting and business intelligence tools like Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SSIS, SSAS and SAP Crystal Reports,
  • skills and experience on deploying a Business Activity Query (BAQ) to the network and display it on Epicor main menu,
  • Skills on converting a BAQ report to a crystal report, Epicor ERP partner certification

JOB SUMMARY NA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i. To make follow-ups on the preparation of Tile Deeds;
ii. To report on any identified misuse of the NHC properties;
iii. To prepare weekly reports;
iv. To register complaints from tenants;
v. To conduct site visits for the NHC;
vi. To conduct rent collection for the NHC and make follow-ups on rent defaulters;
vii. To conduct rent assessments; and
viii. To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Holder of a Form IV or Form VI with a Certificate in either Land Management and Valuation or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
