Job Title: Safari Briefer/Debriefer
Location: Arusha
Job Overview: We are seeking a Safari Briefer/Debriefer to provide briefings and debriefings to clients before and after safari trips. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep knowledge of local wildlife, culture, and geography, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-safari briefings for clients to ensure they are informed of safari itinerary, safety protocols, and wildlife expectations.
- Provide expert knowledge and insights on local wildlife, geography, and culture.
- Help clients identify and locate animals during safari drives.
- Address client questions and concerns during safari trips
- Conduct post-safari debriefings to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client feedback, complaints, and compliments.
- Work closely with safari guides and other staff to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Continuously improve safari briefings and debriefings based on client feedback and changing market trends.
- Assist with other duties related to safari operations as required.
Requirements:
- • Strong knowledge of local wildlife, geography, and culture
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- • Experience in the safari or tourism industry preferred.
- • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safari Briefer in the safari industry or a related position.
