This year there are changes to how the Sqa Exam are marked, the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) said changes to the way National 5, Highers, and Advanced Highers are assessed will continue. taking into account the disruption to learning caused by the global pandemic, will remain in place for the next coming academic year.
SQA made significant modifications to course assessments for National 5, Higher, and Advanced Higher courses, and some National 3 and National 4 at the beginning of the 2020-21 academic year to reduce the volume of assessment and ease the workload of learners, teachers and lecturers. How to appeal for SQA exam results 2023
You can directly register an appeal with the SQA if you think you have a case. You can do this at any time between Tuesday, August 9, and Tuesday, August 30. Additionally, you might ask your school, college, or training facility to file an appeal on your behalf.
If you want your instructor or lecturer to submit an appeal after you receive your result, let them know. Submission deadlines for institutions of higher education or training: Priority appeals: August 19, 5 p.m. All additional appeals are due by Friday, September 2, at 5:00 PM.
