Beginning Thursday, July 7, 2023, at noon, students must select an appointment date and time for their move-in to campus housing via the My Housing Portal. There are two appointment times available on each move-in day: The move-in window for Group A is from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., while the window for Group B is from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Labor Day in 2023 is on September 5th.
- BU’s fall semester begins on September 6, 2023. The first session of seven weeks begins.
- The official deadline for Continuing, New, and Transfer Students to register is September 12, 2023. (Only non-MET).
- Standard Courses must be added by September 19, 2023.
- The official deadline for MET students to register is September 19, 2023.
- Undergraduate students have until September 19, 2023 to convert credit courses to audit status.
- Indigenous Peoples Day is set for October 10, 2023.

- The deadline for taking a leave of absence or withdrawing from the University is November 29, 2023.
- The second seven-week session is scheduled to end on December 12, 2023.
