The Electrical Transmission and Distribution Construction and Maintenance Company (ETDCO) Limited is a subsidiary of TANESCO Limited. POST: DRIVER II – 4 POST
Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure optimum vehicle availability for company business operations ( performance will be based on vehicle availability index);
- To record routes log book for keeping of vehicle fuel utilization history and ensure passenger verification of route covered;
- To make follow up on repair and maintenance of vehicles at assigned garages by TEMESA ;
- To drive Company vehicles with required professionalism for maximum road safety and to ensure vehicle is not incurring damages to its parts through high diligence;
- To Maintain Vehicle cleanliness and observe staff safety;
- To ensure employees are transported to various work sites on time to maximize productivity;
- To perform any other work related duties as directed by the supervisor that is within the confiners of ethical standards of the company.
Qualifications: Driver Job Vacancies at ETDCO
Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE), Basic Driving certificate, a valid Driving License Class C or E, one year of experience in driving without causing any accident. Advance drivers grade two Training certificate and Motor Vehicle Mechanics Trade Test will be an added advantage.
