Provide maintenance and support for desktop and laptop computers and provides end-user support for hardware and software systems.

They ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
They install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
Make adjustments and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.

Make plans and designs of new air conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance

Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition.
Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacement.
Clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators and loungers as well as staff rooms.
Ensure confidentiality and security of staff room s and offices.
Follow all company safety and security procedure
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors.
