Job Duties and responsibilities

Teach Technical Drawing Subject as per VETA
To utilize an adopted course of study, instructional program guidelines, and other materials in planning and developing scheme of
Conduct teaching and instructional activities, using educational equipment, materials, books, and other learning aids. And instructional level of students from varied socio- economic and cultural backgrounds, and who possess a range of mental and emotional.
To review analyze and evaluate the history, background, and assessment of students in designing instructional programs to meet individual educational
Individualize and adapt educational processes and procedures to enhance student’s educational opportunities
To provide group and individual instruction to motivate students, and effectively utilizes the time available for instructional activities.
Maintain appropriate standards of student behavior, using behavioral management strategies and techniques, including positive reinforcement and behavior shaping
To review, analyze, evaluate, and report student’s academic, social and emotional growth

COLLEGE BURSAR- (2 POSTS)

Reporting: To the principal of the College

Job Details: We are looking for a college bursar to save the College in day to day financial roles.

Location: Musoma – Mara – Tanzania

Job Duties and responsibilities:

Take responsibility for all financial matters
Maintain and develop the College fee direct debit collection systems.
Budget planning with the Principal, to ensure that the school makes the best possible use of the resources available
Prepare, maintain and monitor the College Budget
Pay invoices, including dealing with queries
Prepare accounts for auditing
Reconcile bank statements
Maintain and operate the College financial systems.
Ensure all ordering is undertaken within set budgets and that best value is obtained. Consider the use of a purchase order system and centralized purchasing.
v Operate a comprehensive payroll service for all school staff, including all calculations relating to Superannuation, PAYE and National Insurance.
Administer claims for extra payments and deductions including overtime and travel.
Produce monthly pay slips and distribute
Be responsible for the collection and banking of payments into the school’s account.
