Reenbook polyclinic and diagnostic lab is a specialized clinic and diagnostic center where we by we based on providing a diagnostic help based on use of modern machines and well trained personnel in archiving that. We provide general and specialized consultations including pediatrics, gynecology, neurology, cardiology, ENT and more.

We are looking for a vibrant young experienced, very flexible and passionate nurse, hospital
administrator and receptionist who is eager to work in our polyclinic.

POSITION: HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR (1 POST)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To provide advice on administrative and human resource matters and formulate internal working documents on such matters.
2. To provide strategic inputs on administration and human resources management
3. issues.
4. To ensure optimal, efficient and effective management and utilization of human
5. resource within the hospital.
6. To overseas employees’ welfare.
7. To oversees the review and implementation of human resource and administrative policies, procedures and practices.
8. To develop and implement strategic human resource and administrative plans
9. To formulate, implement and evaluate training and development programmes.
10. To support management with any employee relations or grievances that may arise.
11. To perform other duties as may be assigned by the director from time to time.

Qualification:

1. Holder of Diploma/Bachelor degree in any of the following fields Health Management
2. System, Human Resource Management or Public Administration from ANY recognized
3. university or college.
4. Basic knowledge in computer studies (Ms Word.Excel…)
5. Minimum 2 years of experience working in hospital facility.
6. Working experience in insurance claiming systems is an added advantage.
7. Self-motivated.

POSITION: NURSE (1 POST)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To take general nursing care of patients;
2. To administer drugs and other treatments as prescribed by medical doctors
3. To collect data and prepare reports of his/her working performance;
4. To counsel patients;
5. To educate patients on their health problems;
6. Perform any other duties related to his/her work as assigned by his/her superior.

Qualification and Experience

• Holder of Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution, and enrolled with the Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council.
• Two (2) years experience
• Hard working.

POSITION; RECEPTIONIST (1 POST)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
2. Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
4. Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
5. Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities
6. Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.

Qualifications

1. Holder of a certificate. diploma or bachelor degree in medical records or any of ARTS
2. related field from ANY recognized university or college.
3. Aged 20- 30 years
4. Basie knowledge in computer studies (Ms Word.Excel…)
5. Fluent in English and Swahili.
6. Minimum 1 years of experience working in hospital facility.
7. Working experience in insurance systems and/or hospital management systems is an added advantage.
8. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
