Coordinator – Community Relations

Who are you
- Strong leader with excellent communication skills
- Someone who wants to work in a dynamic team with a variety of tasks
- Fast and critical thinker
- Someone who thrives on positive feedback to help make changes What you’ll do
- Work with students and staff at the school
- Communicate with the parent community
- Forge relationships with government education stakeholders
- Run the Scholarship Application process, including conducting house checks to students’ homes
- Supervise members of the Community Relations team
- Develop and implement procedures.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum Diploma in Community Development, Business Administration or other relevant degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in an international NGO
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili (both written and verbal)
- Motivated self-starter with good attention to detail
