JOB TITLE: FLEET CONTROLLER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB TITLE: TRACKING CONTROLLER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for monitoring and recording truck location and status
Working as part of a team in the tracking call center and function as a vehicle tracking operator and knowledge in Transport and logistics support
Tracking of the fleet and ensure the trucks have covered the the targeted
km’s.
Computer Literacy to effectively operate and manage all the online systems
Communicate any issue that prevents the efficient transit of goods or any other emergency related issues to the senior.EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of Certificate or Diploma in any relevant discipline or equivalent vocational certificate.

JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating and updating expense reports
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions
are recorded
Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally9 ERP)
Knowledge of tax structure in Tanzania for PAYE, SDL, NSSF, WCF, NHIF, VAT, Income tax and With holding tax.
Prepare bank reconciliation
Processing payroll calculations
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly yearly closings
Assist with other accounting projects
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
