12 months workplace experience
6 months structured learning Journey
Workplace mentorship

Responsibilities

To Manage graduate development plan by completion of training assignments
Manage graduate development plan to increase own competencies and skills by attendance of training
Live the values of the business through demonstrating and displaying of the values required in the business
Manage own development to increase own competencies

Minimum Requirements – Massmart holdings limited

Certified ID copy
SA citizen, with valid SA ID number
Certified matric certificate
Unemployed
Certified diploma
Younger than 35 years of age
Willing to work retail hours (weekends, busy trading periods such as Christmas, public holidays)
Not registered for same program at SETA before / not currently registered with any SETA for any program

Minimum Qualifications – Diploma internships 2023

Diploma in:

Retail Management
Business Management
Information Technology
Supply Chain
Sales and Marketing
