Customer care-call Centre (2 Posts)
Job Description
We are looking for Aggressive, dynamic person to work in our Office call centres, she/he will be responsible for;
- Mobile phone call, and marketing of our Training, Research & Consultancy.
- Sending Company promotion materials through email and in social media.
- Receiving requests from customers.
- Solving customer problems.
- Communicate with customers via email, live chat.
Experience and Qualification
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate qualification in Customer Care/Marketing or related field.
- Experience on phone calling and customer care services for one year or more
- Good Customer care and call centres skills
- Computer knowledge
- Good command of English language
- Ethical and hardworking
- Very familiar with the area, government and companies in Dar es salaam
NOTE: Interested applicants must be residing in Dar es salaam.
